From being picked up from your hotel early in the morning, you will be driven in a comfortable air-conditioned 4 wheel drive into some of the most unspoilt, beautiful, and fascinating locations in the Emirate on this day long desert safari excursion.
Following a thrilling drive through the towering Arjan Dunes, you will get the chance to explore the cultural traditions of the UAE at the famous Al Wathba Camel Race Track. After the chance to take a few photographs of an exciting training session, you can explore the stalls, where souvenirs include traditional camel rugs. The tour moves on to give you the chance to visit the Al Wathba Palace, a number of camel farms and one of the small traditional Bedouin encampments in the area. You can enjoy traditional Arabic foods during a relaxed picnic lunch in the shade, and at the same time enjoying the peace and tranquillity of the stunning desert landscape. Heading through the red dunes through palm groves, you get back to your hotel in the late afternoon in plenty of time to enjoy the last hours of sunshine.
