Following an early start from your hotel, you will leave Abu Dhabi and travel northeast, along the coast past the world's largest man-made harbour at Jebel Ali on your way to Sharjah. Make sure you take time to explore the hundreds of shops in the famous Blue Souk, where you can find carpets, gold, silver, antiques, perfumes, and clothes.
The UNESCO recognised city also has a number of eye catching modern buildings that recapture the glories of traditional architectural themes and blend them with the present. The next stage of the tour is a short drive to the resort city of Dubai - rightly known as one of the top leisure and shopping destinations in the world. After lunch at a popular mall, and the chance to pick up a bargain or two, you can visit the Dubai Museum where the past is brought to life through multimedia displays. After crossing the famous creek on a traditional abra water taxi, you can walk through the spice market to Dubai’s famous Gold Souk, where exquisitely worked jewellery is available at some of the world’s lowest prices. Make sure you pick up a few pieces before your return journey to Abu Dhabi.
